By accessing or using RevNavigator’s website, forms, assessments, or communication channels, you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website and services. By opting into SMS messaging, you agree to receive text messages from Kenneth Vincent Group LLC (doing business as RevNavigator) regarding your funding application status. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can text STOP to cancel at any time.

1. Advisory & Matchmaking Role

RevNavigator operates strictly as an advisory, qualification, and matchmaking platform. We are not a lender, broker, or financial institution. We do not extend credit, make credit decisions, provide loans, or handle, collect, or store sensitive financial files such as bank statements or tax returns. Any information provided through our website, assessments, or calls is for informational and educational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, or tax advice.

2. Mobile Communication Terms (SMS)

By checking the opt-in box on our intake forms, you agree to receive automated operational updates, text alerts, and customer care messages from RevNavigator at the phone number provided.

  • Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. RevNavigator does not charge users to receive text messages. Message frequency varies based on your funding inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RevNavigator or its parent entity, Kenneth Vincent Group LLC, be liable for any special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use arising out of or related to this website, matching tools, or advisory insights. All information and services are provided on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE” basis.

4. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America.
